BOUNDS AND BEYOND JUMPS was founded by Kristen Washington, a former standout at THE University of New Haven.

Accomplishments inlcude: NE-10 Conference Record Holder, 2024 NE-10 Outdoor LJ & TJ Champion, 2024  NE-10 Outdoor Female Field Athlete of the Year, 2024 NE-10 Most Outstanding Field Athlete, University of New Haven School Record Holder (2024-2025), 2024 NEICAAA Outdoor TJ Champion and LJ Runner-Up, 2023 NEICAAA Outdoor TJ Runner-Up, 2023 NE-10 Outdoor LJ Champion and TJ Runner-Up, 2023 NE-10 Indoor LJ and TJ Bronze Medalist, 2022 NCAA DII National Qualifier, 2022 NE-10 Indoor LJ and TJ Runner-Up, 2021 NE-10 Outdoor LJ Runner-Up and TJ Bronze Medalist, 2020 NE-10 Indoor LJ Champion, 2019 NEICAAA Outdoor LJ Champion and TJ Runner-Up, 2019 NE-10 Indoor LJ Runner-Up.

BBJ specialize in long jump, triple jump, and high jump events. BBJ clinic operates in New Haven, CT, during both the winter and summer months.

Our mission is to enhance technique and confidence to ensure each athlete leaves with greater skills than before. We focus on the small details and work with athletes through exercises to connect drills to short approaches. The hope is they can transfer each skill to the next, ultimately leading to longer and higher distances. And most importantly, all athletes are welcomed and appreciated.
